City Medical is a full service facility, specializing in Occupational Medicine. We are able to handle all of your businesses needs. From Pre-Employment Screening, Employee Physicals, Urine Drug Screening, and treatment of Occupational Injuries, City Medical is ready to work with you.

Dr. Thomas M. Pinson leads our staff of board-certified physicians and physician assistants. Dr. Pinson was previously the Director of Emergency Medicine at Madison Community Hospital prior to it’s closing. During his 13 years at Madison Community Hospital, the facility was the local leader for your Occupational Medicine needs.

In September 2002, City Medical opened right next door to the old Madison Community Hospital Facility. We have taken the time to put in place a strong Occupational Medicine program working with local businesses to provide the best service possible.

Our goal is to “Fast Track” all Occupational Medicine patients, getting them in to see our providers right away and back to work quickly.
